Every Sunday evening, I sit with a notebook and plan the week using three steps.
Step 1 — Choose 3 important goals
Not 15 tasks. Just three meaningful outcomes for the week.
Step 2 — Assign days
Each goal gets a specific day. Now your brain doesn’t wonder when to work on it.
Step 3 — Protect mornings
Your mental energy is highest in the morning. Put difficult work first. Easy tasks later.
Important rule: leave empty space in your schedule.
Overplanning creates frustration.
Space creates consistency.
